Who is this woman?

“Jesus Christ’s Personal Assistant, Youth Ministry Leader, a Licensed Social Worker, Child & Adolescent Therapist in the State of Ohio and World Traveler”

Meet Lydia, LSW, Believer, Praiser, Worshiper, Prayer Warrior, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. Lydia is a licensed social worker and an avid believer in the word. Her work focuses on sharing the word with others as we all walk through this life journey. Lydia is living out one of her many purposes by sharing her personal testimony with others. Through the word of God and community, she has been able to navigate family relationships, friendships, finding love, navigating her career, moving to different cities, and more. She is motivated, encouraged, and inspired through the word of God and has created a space to share her journey and support others in theirs as a clinician and a Christian. Her prayer is that God continues to illuminate her path to serve wherever she is needed.

Who is Lydia? Well to me, her name in my phone funny enough is Lydia Pope. For two reasons, the first because she reminds me of Olivia Pope from Scandal. Always on the go, always helping others, and always getting things done. Secondly, because she lives by the word. Lydia isn’t the type to get so deep in the word that she ignores the struggles and challenges of the world. She’s real. She’s understanding. She loves God. She won’t sugar coat her experiences and her past because it’s a part of the testimony that has brought her to be the young woman in Christ she is today. Come here, get to know her, possibly get to know Christ, and you won’t regret it.”

Lydia has been nothing short of amazing. Her drive and zeal to accomplish what she sets her mind to is just something I can’t put into words. Her love  for Christ is very admirable. Lydia is a wonderful person inside and out. I know I never told her this, but I admire her so much. She is one of a kind and someone that many look up to. She is an inspiration to many people all over. I admire how much she loves Christ and the extra mile she goes to exalt his name. She has been a sissy since the very first day I’ve met her. I wouldn’t trade her for nothing and once again I admire her work ethics and so much more. Stay the woman that you are and change for no one.
